Teracom TCW242 is a high-performance Industrial IoT module engineered for advanced monitoring and control in industrial environments. With Ethernet connectivity and built-in data logging, it enables comprehensive monitoring and analysis of a wide range of parameters.

The module features 4 digital inputs, 4 analog inputs, an RS-485 interface for MODBUS RTU sensors, and 4 relays, providing flexible connectivity options. Analog inputs can be configured for current loop (0–20 mA) or voltage (0–10 V) modes, supporting diverse industrial sensors and transducers.

The module features 4 digital inputs, 4 analog inputs, an RS-485 interface for MODBUS RTU sensors, and 4 relays, providing flexible connectivity options. Analog inputs can be configured for current loop (0–20 mA) or voltage (0–10 V) modes, supporting diverse industrial sensors and transducers.

Supporting up to 24 Teracom and third-party MODBUS RTU sensors, the TCW242 allows the configuration of 24 independent monitoring channels. It also offers robust alarm management, with up to 24 independent alarms configurable across 5 user-selectable states.

The module supports multiple communication protocols, including SNMP, HTTP API, MODBUS TCP/IP, and MQTT, ensuring seamless integration into existing industrial systems and IoT networks.
