Real-time mmWave radar-type people counter delivers occupancy statistics to the server via WiFi connection. This wall-mounting sensor controls multiple counting lines and zones within a detection area of 100 square meters.

SensMax TAC-B 3D-W people counting sensor uses the mmWave radar technology for indoor people counting projects. The sensor can detect even subtle motions in any light conditions, even in complete darkness. SensMax TAC-B 3D-W sensor supports up to 5 user-defined counting lines and zones. The sensor detects IN/OUT movement direction, the number of visitors inside the zone, as well as occupancy time. The sensor counts people in up to 10m range at a 120° viewing angle equal to 100 m2. Mounting the sensor on a sidewall is quick and easy with more options for flexible installation for people counting in shopping malls or smart buildings. 

SensMax TAC-B 3D-W people counting sensor has advanced tuning settings for the best counting accuracy according to premises/counting area size, object movement speed, and object tracking time. So you can use it for small and big premises, elevators, meeting rooms, and toilets, as well as for narrow and wide entrances.

The sensor delivers people counting data to online reporting tools using a WiFi internet connection in real-time mode. There is an option to connect the people counter to the SensMax cloud reporting system, check ready-to-use reports, and build online real-time reports – visiting statistics, occupation of premises, queue detection per zone, and others. Telegram messenger API support allows getting notifications in real time. The TAC-B counter supports the MQTT protocol, so it is possible to import people counting data directly to any 3rd party reporting system without connecting the sensor to the SensMax cloud services.
