SINGAPORE (14 February, 2019) — Qonda Systems to bring open source ROS based autonomous robotics platforms to major Asia Pacific markets.
Addressing the gaps in the market for easy-to-use, complete robotic kits and platforms, Qonda System has teamed up with Husarion, a leading autonomous robotics platforms maker from the EU, to bring Husarion research and teaching robots, cloud platform and Husarnet to schools, education and research institutions in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, China, Korea and Japan.
Initial autonomous robots offerings include:
ROSBot 2.0 – an autonomous, open source robot platform based on ROS (Robot Operating System) with a comprehensive development platform and free online tools such as Web UI, a set of tutorials, manuals, simulation model and more, an ideal platform to learn how to program autonomous vehicles.
PANTHER – an autonomous mobile robot platform for the outdoor environment with flexibility for adding on a robot arm, LIDAR, RGB-D camera, GPS, UWB and other payload equipment. An ideal development platform for various outdoor applications such as in agriculture, rescue, inspection and more.
HUSARION CLOUD – a cloud based platform for developing and managing robots over the Internet.
HUSARNET – a P2P VPN network dedicated to robots, autonomous vehicles and industrial IoT applications.
